NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (“PCCA”) is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified Contractors interested in IDIQ sandblasting and painting services annual port-wide contract. The complete RFP can be found on the PCCA procurement website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). Proposers must register on the PCCA procurement website to access the RFP.
This is to establish firm unit prices for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) sandblasting and painting services contract. Work will be performed upon issuance of Work Orders. The first contract term will end December 31, 2026, with the option for PCCA to extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful proposer executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled at the Ortiz International Center located at 402 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401 at 2:00 P.M. CST on April, 14, 2026. Login information for virtual access to the meeting will be published prior to the meeting date/time. Proposers are to report to the front desk of the Ortiz International Center where they will be directed to the conference room.
In order to be considered, proposals must be received electronically at PCCA’s Procurement website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home), addressed to the Port of Corpus Christi Authority, Attention: Melinda Licon, Manager of Procurement Services, 400 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, no later than 3:00 P.M. CST on April, 23, 2026 (the “Deadline”). Proposals will not be accepted after the deadline. Proposals may not be faxed or emailed to PCCA office. PCCA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
Proposers/Respondents must not attempt to contact staff members, Port Commissioners, or agents of PCCA associated with this RFP to discuss or ask questions about the contents of the RFP other than in writing as provided above. Any such contact may result in disqualification of the Proposer.
