Take notice that:
More than 12 months has passed since the date of tax sale, and your right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, Block R, Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, Bock S, Lots 17, 19, 20, Block U, Sackville, E. 60th Street, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, said property being formerly in the name of John G. Williams, Deceased will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after 5:00 p.m. on the 10th day of June, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of November, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3541, at Page 399.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on the 10th day of June, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 425 E. President Street, Suite A, Savannah, Georgia 31401.
