NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAHWAY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on MONDAY, April 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the City of Rahway, Council Chambers, City Hall, One City Hall Plaza, Rahway, New Jersey, the City of Rahway Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on the application of Integrity Holdings and Development LLC (the "Applicant"), seeking Minor Subdivision, d(2) Use variance, and bulk ("c") variance approval, in connection with the property located at 293 William Street, Rahway, NJ, further identified as Block 308, Lot 4 on the Tax Maps of the City of Rahway (the "Property" or the "Site"). The applicant proposes to subdivide the Property into two (2) separate lots (Proposed Lots 4.01 and 4.02).
