LEGAL NOTICE   The Hanover Township Trustees, Ashland County Ohio, will accept bids for the following road materials: Bids for 25,000 gallons (more or less) MC3000 Oil should be submitted: Price per gallon for the application of both oil and stone. Price per gallon shall include hauling and applying the liquid, hauling, spreading, and rolling the stone. Must have the capability of spreading stone and oil in 20 foot widths. The stone will be hauled from Young’s Sand and Gravel. All spreading shall be done by self-propelled chip spreader and rolled with a rubber tire roller. All materials must meet state specification. The bid shall be for all necessary services, labor and equipment to seal various sections of Hanover Twp. Roads. Sealed bids should be sent to the Hanover Township Trustees, P.O. Box 136, Loudonville, Ohio 44842 to be received no later than April 30, 2026 or brought to the Township Garage– Meeting Location 706 CR 3374 Loudonville, OH before 6:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026. Sealed bids should be marked on the envelope “ROAD MATERIALS BID”. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting 6 p.m. on April 30, 2026. All bids for applied materials should be accompanied by proof of insurance and a copy of the bidder’s Workers’ Compensation Certificate.
