High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property known as Vacant Land near the end of Claycraft Road, Columbus, OH 43230, Parcel No. 010-233501-00, the complete legal description of which may be obtained from the Franklin County Auditor; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, penalties, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
