By virtue of a certified copy of the Agreed and Default Judgment Entry and Decree of Foreclosure
directed to me by the Clerk of the Vanderburgh Circuit Court, Indiana, in Cause No. 82C01-2509-
MF-005988, wherein The First National Bank of Carmi is Plaintiff, and Carousel Restaurant Evansville, LLC d/b/a The Carousel Restaurant, Carousel Restaurant Real Estate, LLC, Kenneth L. Ward, Indiana Department of Revenue, Dilip Patel, and Freedom Mortgage Corporation are Defendants, I will expose to sale at public auction, utilizing the services of William Wilson Auction Realty, Inc., to the highest bidder, the following described real estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana:

Place of Sale: Public auction conducted electronically through William Wilson Auction Realty, Inc. at wilsonauctions.com
Bidders must be approved by the Auction Company prior to the auction date.
TERMS OF SALE
The real estate will be offered in one tract.
The real estate will be sold without relief from valuation and appraisement laws and subject to matters, if any, not extinguished by the Agreed and Default Judgment Entry and Decree of Foreclosure and applicable law.
The Sheriff does not warrant the accuracy of the street address or legal description.
ADDITIONAL NOTICE
This Notice shall also constitute service of Notice of Sale upon the owners of the above-described real estate pursuant to Indiana Code § 32-29-7-3.
