NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2026, in Case No. 2025CA001484 of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD HENRY DRUCKENBROD II, MICHELLE CHRISTINE DRUCKENBROD, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants, the Office of Michelle R. Miller, St. Lucie County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://stlucieclerk.com/auctions, beginning at 8:00 A.M. on the 6th day of May 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
