Pursuant to MGL Ch.40A Section 9 and Section 11 the Leicester Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:05PM in Meeting Room 3 at the Leicester Town Hall, 3 Washburn Sq., Leicester, MA 01524 on the Special Permit and Site Plan Review Application of 1430 Main Street, LLC, to construct 98 residential units, 192 apartment units and associated site improvements as per Section 5.5.01.2- HB-1 Mixed-Use (Horizontal) of the Town of Leicester Zoning Bylaws. SITE LOCATION: 1430 Main Street, Leicester MA. Said premises being further described in deeds recorded in the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, Book 19484 Page 108. Property is identified as Assessor’s Parcels 17-B9, 19-A7 and 19A-B6. Zoned: Highway Business 1 (HB-1), Residential 2 (R-2) and Suburban Agricultural (SA).
