TOWNSHIP OF MORRIS MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY LEGAL NOTICES 2026   NOTICE Pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2025, c.72, all legal notices required by law for the Township of Morris will be published on the Township’s official website starting March 1, 2026. The complete text of each legal notice will be available free of charge at Official Public Notices | Morris Township, NJ - Official Website with a direct link from the home page (https://www.morristwp.com/) Please follow the link entitled “Legal Notices”. Notices will continue to be published in the Township’s designated newspapers accordingly and as required under the Open Public Meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-6-21 until March 1, 2026 after which publication on the Morris Township’s website will serve as the primary posting mechanism.
