BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF AMENDED SEIZURE & SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 10/28/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 5/13/26.
