SMITH AND SON, INC., CIVIL ENGINEERS DATED JULY 15, 1971, REVISED SEPTEMBER 17, 1972, A COPY OF WHICH IS REGISTERED IN CONVEYENCE BOOK 546, FOLIO 146, UNDER ENTRY NUMBER 429586, RECORDS OF TERREBONNE PARISH, LOUISIANA, SAID LOT HAVING A FRONT OF 82.82 FEET ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF GLENHILL DRIVE, BY A DEPTH OF 125 FEET ALONG ITS NOTHERLY SIDE LINE AND MEASURING 68.76 FEET ACROSS THE REAR PROPERTY LINE AND HAVING A DEPTH OF 125 FEET ON THE SOUTHERLY LINE, SAID LOT BEING BOUNDED AS FOLLOWS: FRONT OF WESTERLY BY GLENHILL DRIVE, NORTHERLY BY LOT 13, AND IN THE REAR OR EASTERLY BY PORTIONS OF LOT 33 AND 34 AND ALONG THE SUBDIVISION; TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL RIGHTS WAYS, PRIVILEGES, AND SERVITUDES THEREUNTO BELONGINGS OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
