Heck, C.E., on June 17, 1948, duly recorded in COB 163, folio 348, Terrebonne Parish; said lots forming a composite lot having a front of 125 feet on the North side of Pine Avenue by depth of 87 feet, 6 inches between parallel lines; bounded on the North by Lots 6, 7 and part of 8 of Block 6, on the East by First Street, on the South by Pine Avenue and on the West by the West half of Lot 3 Block 6; together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBDIVISION, as shown on a Plan entitled, "PLAT OF PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION AND RESURVEY OF PART OF LUBY SUBDIVISION", compromising property of Lionel Babin, Mrs. , Lionel Babin, Bob McCormick, Jack Duet and Luby J. Guidry, situated in Section 4, T 1 7 S, R 17 E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, made by Carl E. Heck, C.E., under date of June 17, 1948, of record in the Clerk • s office, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, at COB 163, folio 348; said lots or parcel of real estate having the combined frontage of one hundred twenty-five (1255 on the South side of Jean Street by depth between parallel lines of eighty-seven (87' ) feet; bounded on the North by Jean Street, on the East by First Street, on the West by the remaining one-half (1/2) of Lot Three (8) of said Block (6), now belonging to Raymond A. Rabin, and on the South by Lots One (1), Two (2) and the eastern one-hatf (1/2) of Lot Three (3) of said Block Six (6); together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF FI-FA issued in this case, say the sum of $145358.58, along With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
