This covers real estate located in JACKSON TWP, County of OCEAN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 5 BLOCK 18502 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of JACKSON TWP. and concerns premises commonly known as 465 TOMS RIVER ROAD, JACKSON TWP, New Jersey. YOU, ALL POINTS CAPITAL CORP, are made party defendant to the above foreclosure action because on October 5, 2010, a judgment was entered in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County, by All Points Capital Corp against James Wall Excavating Inc and James Wall D/B/A James Wall Farms disclosing a debt in the amount of $365,452.77, plus costs and fees.
