PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, will hold a hearing to consider a proposed transfer of a liquor license at its regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the West Manchester Township offices, 380 East Berlin Road, York, Pennsylvania. The application proposes to transfer a liquor license to the premises known and numbered as 4535 W. Market St., West Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania, 17408. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments and recommendations of interested individuals concerning the intent of the applicant, Wawa, Inc., to transfer a license into West Manchester Township from a different municipality within York County. The Board will receive testimony concerning the effect the proposed transfer may have upon the welfare, health, peace, and morals of West Manchester Township or its residents.
