NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOLEBURY TOWNSHIP Bucks County, Pennsylvania NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Solebury Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on April 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Solebury Township Building, 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury, Pennsylvania 18963. At that time, the Board of Supervisors will consider the Shire York Holdings, LLC application for conditional use approval from the Board of Supervisors for the property located at 6538 Lower York Road, New Hope, Pennsylvania 18938, in Solebury Township, Bucks County, and also identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 41-022-142. The applicant intends to expand the existing driveway to a width of at least 24 feet where an area of the proposed expansion would cross a portion of Zone Two Riparian Corridor. Conditional use approval is required for such activity pursuant to Solebury Township Code of Ordinances § 27-2208.5.D(2). A copy of the full text of the Application is on file at the Solebury Township Municipal Building, 3092 Sugan Road, Solebury Township, Pennsylvania 18963, where copies may be examined, without charge or obtained for a charge not exceeding the cost thereof. The public hearing will provide an opportunity for interested Township residents to comment upon and/or make recommendations with respect to the application.
