HANOVER, BYLAW REVIEW HEARING, 4/21 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HANOVER BYLAW REVIEW COMMITTEE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   Notice is hereby given that the Bylaw Review Committee of the Town of Hanover will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the First Floor Hearing Room of Hanover Town Hall located at 550 Hanover Street, Hanover, MA 02339. The Hearing may be attended in person or remotely. Remote Access Instructions shall be provided at the top of the Bylaw Review Committee’s Agenda for April 21, 2026 which shall be posted at https://www.hanover-ma.gov/bylaw-review-committee prior to the meeting. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear testimony and comment from interested persons relative to proposed amendments to the General Bylaws of the Town of Hanover. Said amendments are to be included as Articles on the Warrant for consideration and action at the 2026 Hanover Annual Town Meeting. After this Public Hearing the Committee will, as required, vote its recommendations on the proposed Articles and report them to the Town of Hanover Advisory Committee.   There are five (5) Bylaw Amendment Articles proposed for consideration at the 2026 Hanover Annual Town Meeting. A summary of these Articles is provided below. Copies of the text of such Articles are available for review by interested parties in the Offices of the Town Clerk, 550 Hanover St., Hanover, MA., 02339 during Town Clerk office hours.
