WAYLAND PLANNING BOARD HEARING 4/29 LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WAYLAND PLANNING BOARD   In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Wayland Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 7:45 p.m. to discuss and receive comments on the following proposed amendments to Article 6 Site Plan Approval in the Town’s zoning bylaw, Chapter 198 of the Code of the Town of Wayland. Comments from the public may also be submitted in advance of the hearing:   (1) In §198-607. Reasons for disapproval add a new subparagraph §198-607.2. Decisions and add a subparagraph §198-607.2.1. requiring that site plan decisions issued by the Planning Board be filed at the office of the Town Clerk.   (2) In §198-604. Application procedure, delete §198-604.9.1.   (3) Add a new paragraph §198-610. Appeals to §198-603. Administering board or official.   As authorized by Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2025, the hearing will be conducted in person at the Council on Aging/ Community Center (8 Andrew Avenue) and via remote access whereby the public may participate through a meeting link that can be found at https://www.wayland.ma.us/public-body-meeting-information-virtual-inperson-and-hybrid.
