Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered February 18, 2026 order vacation appointment of referee and substituting new referee entered March 6, 2026, I will sell at public auction in the Lobby of the Westchester County Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Bld., White Plains, NY in on May 12, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., prem. k/a 618 Kemeys Cove a/k/a 6-18 Revolutionary Road 6-18, Ossining, NY 10571. The Unit known as Unit No. 6-18-F in the building known as No. 6 in the Town and Village of Ossining, Westchester County, New York, and also designated and described as Unit No. 6-18-F in the Declaration comprising Kemeys Cove of Scarborough Condominium (hereinafter called the “Property”) made by the Grantor under the Condominium Act of the State of NY, as amended (article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the State of New York), dated September 30, 1974 and Recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Westchester County, Division of Lands Records, on 30th day of September, 1974 in Liber 7224 of conveyances at Page 165 (herein called the “Declaration”), which unit is also designated as Tax Lot No. 9-18-F on the floor plans of the building, certified by Gismondi & Arnold, Architects, and filed simultaneously with said Declaration in the Office of the County Clerk of Westchester County, Division of Land Records as Map No. 18371.
