If you have a claim against SEABREEZE ENTERPRISES, LLC arising from money borrowed, services rendered, or any other basis, please provide the Company with the following information at the address set forth below by SEABREEZE ENTERPRISES, LLC. All claims which are not received by the Company within two (2) years after this publication will be barred.
