It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, upon reading the Motion for the Appointment of Kelley Y. Woody, Esquire as Guardian ad Litem for all unknown persons and persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America (which are constituted as a class designated as "John Doe") and any unknown minors and persons who may be under a disability (which are constituted as a class designated as "Richard Roe"), it is ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 17, SCRCP, Kelley Y. Woody, Esquire is appointed Guardian ad Litem on behalf of all unknown persons and persons who may be in the military service of the United States of America (constituted as a class and designated as "John Doe"), all unknown minors or persons under a disability (constituted as a class and designated as "Richard Roe"), all of which have or may claim to have some interest in the property that is the subject of this action, commonly known as 744 Davidson Tower Road, Yemassee, SC 29945, that Kelley Y. Barnwell and Dorothy M. Barnwell to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Conseco Finance Home Equity Loan Trust 2002-B bearing date of January 24, 2002 and recorded February 1, 2002 in Mortgage Book 320 at Page 20 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for Hampton County, in the original principal sum of Seventy Six Thousand, Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($76,500.00). Thereafter, by assignment recorded on December 5, 2025 in Book 20 at Page 271, the mortgage was assigned to Plaintiff herein., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Hampton, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, situate, lying and being located in Early Branch, Hampton County, South Carolina, containing 3.8 acres, designated as Parcel 7 on plat prepared by C. Lawton Maner, R.L.S. 8370, dated January 13-18, 1982, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Hampton County in Plat book 17, page 187, and according to said plat being generally bounded as follows: On the NORTHEAST for a distance of 166.11 feet by property of Westvaco Corp.; on the SOUTHEAST for a distance of 1,025.81 feet by Parcel 6 on said plat being devised to Iramie H. Ellis; On the SOUTHWEST for a distance of 153.52 feet by the right-of-way of Seaboard Coastline Railroad and S.C.
