BOROUGH OF NEW PROVIDENCE PLANNING BOARD
Please Take notice that on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the Borough of New Providence Planning Board ("Board") memorialized by resolution ("Resolution") its January 13, 2026 approval of the application of NP Mountain Developers, LLC (the "Applicant") for preliminary and final major site plan, variance, and site plan exception/design waiver approvals to construct a 297-unit age-restricted inclusionary residential development, consisting of two multifamily buildings and eight townhome buildings, with a pool amenity area, pickleball courts, landscaping, parking, driveways, stormwater management facilities, and other site improvements, on the property located at 70 Ryder Way and designated as Lot 1 in Block 370 on the Borough of New Providence tax maps.
The Resolution is on file and available for in-person inspection with the Board Secretary at the Department of Planning and Development, New Providence Municipal Center, 360 Elkwood Avenue, New Providence, New Jersey 07974, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., holidays excepted.
