There will be a remote pre-bid meeting held via video conference on April 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM MT/3:00 PM CT. Prospective bidders interested in visiting the site shall call or email the campus contact Jim Straight, 605.830.2890, jim.straight@state.sd.us to coordinate such a visit. Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained by bidders by contacting Steven Palmer. Anyone requesting, reviewing, or copying Plans and Specifications for this project agrees that they are doing so for the sole purpose of submitting a bid on the project.
