INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania at the Codorus Township Municipal Office Building, 4631 Shaffers Church Rd., Glenville, PA 17329 until 8:00 AM on May 7, 2026 and will be opened and publicly read at 8:30 AM. 1. Furnish Various Types of Stone. 2. Furnish and Place 17,200 Square Yards of Bituminous Seal Coat on township roads. All bids must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the Township. No bid bond is required. Successful bidder will furnish performance bond for 50% of contract amount. All materials to be Penn DOT approved. Penn DOT certification is required. Bidder may bid on any or all items. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bids in the best interest of the Township.
