INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania at the Codorus Township Municipal Office Building, 4631 Shaffers Church Rd., Glenville, PA 17329 until 8:00 AM on May 7, 2026, and will be opened and publicly read at 8:30 AM. Installation of replacement metal on township office and maintenance buildings. Site inspection of the project is required by all bidders. All bids must be submitted on bid forms furnished by the Township. No bid bond is required. Successful bidder will furnish performance bond for 50% of contract amount. Work is to be completed within 6 months of contract signing. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bids in the best interest of the Township.
