NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage dated February 25, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-000265 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-A is Plaintiff and JAMES E. CHARLES and UNKNOW TENANT 1 NKA TANANA WARRER, are Defendant(s).
