NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 11 day of .May, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., at the Washington County Courthouse in Washington, Oklahoma,
the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest bidder the following described real property situated in Washington County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Three (3), Block Twelve (12), Woodland Park 5th Addition to the City of Bartlesville, Washington County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
("Subject Property")
Sale will be made pursuant to Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the Office of the Court Clerk in and for Washington County, Oklahoma, in pursuance of the Judgment entered in the District Court in and for said County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2024-26, in favor of Defendant Truity Federal Credit Union, against Defendant, Robert Shue, individually, and as Trustee of the Robert Shue Revocable Trust drafted May 3· 2007, wherein this is a Special Execution was issued to satisfy a judgment in the amount of $77,945.87, plus accrued interest at the rate of 2.875% per annum, which as of September 24, 2025 has accrued to $6,692.00, with interest continuing to accrue at the rate of $5.40 per day thereafter, plus taxes and insurance covering the Subject Property paid by Truity in the current amount of $12,888.10, which continue to accrue; and all the fees and expenses incurred by Truity in its efforts to collect; and such other costs, expenses and attorney fees of fifteen percent (15%) totaling $11,691.00 as provided in the Note and Mortgage and as may be allowed by law, with interest thereon from the date of judgment, together with costs of this action, both accrued and accruing, by reason of the bringing of this suit.
The property has been appraised according to law at $173,300
