PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all interested parties, the City of Petersburg Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026, beginning at 2 PM, in the Petersburg Public Library, Multi-Purpose Room, located at 201 W. Washington Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23803 to hear the following cases: 2026-SUE-01: A request for a Special Use Exception from Lonnessa Beasley to operate a Family Day Care at 418 Orange Lane. 2026-VAR-03: A request from Philip Puccio for a variance to the required rear yard setback at 914 Diamond Street. The applicant is seeking the variance to build a single-family dwelling at the address.
