By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D07-2512-MF-007641 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Melissa M. Dant; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot Ten R (10R) in Replat of Lots 26-61 in Dalehaven, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book L, Page 99 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
