NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF HARRISON, WISCONSIN. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of Harrison, Wisconsin has declared its intention to exercise its police power in accordance with §66.0703, Stats., to levy special assessments upon properties within the following described assessment district for benefits conferred upon the properties for the installation of water mains, sanitary sewer mains, and laterals to extend utilities from Woodland Road, west of the CTH N to serve Farmers Field Park and surrounding vacant lands. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT All properties included within an approximate area bordered by Woodland Road on the south, CTH N on the east, Coop Road on the west and Manitowoc Road on the north. A report showing proposed plans and specifications, estimated cost of improvements and proposed assessments is on file in the Village Clerk's office and may be inspected there during any business day between the hours of 7:30am and 3:30pm. You are further notified that the Village Board of Harrison, Wisconsin, will hear all interested persons, their agents or attorneys, concerning matters contained in the preliminary resolution authorizing the assessments and in the above-described report on April 28, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Harrison Municipal Building, W5298 State Road 114, Menasha, WI 54952. All objections will be considered at this hearing and thereafter the amount of the assessments will be finally determined.
