LEGAL NOTICE The Board of Hamilton County Commissioners, Cincinnati, Ohio, Friday, April 10th, & Friday, April 17th, 2026  NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com or by SEALED PROPOSALS until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and the same will be publicly opened at the same hour at the office of the County Engineer of Hamilton County, Ohio 223 West Galbraith Road, Galbraith Garage, Cincinnati, Ohio, for the following County work, under Project No. 502409. WINTON ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT (FPK-0844) in City of Forest Park, Hamilton County, Ohio Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. If using Bid Express service a scanned copy can be uploaded to the site. Bidders must use the printed forms provided herein or located electronically through the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com. Once registered with Bid Express, bidders will be able to view project solicitations, download bid documents, view and add themselves to the plan holders’ list, and submit requests for information. Detailed information for the work may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer. Bidders must be PRE-QUALIFIED with ODOT for the appropriate work type at the time of bidding, award, and through the life of the construction contract. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law.
