INVITATION TO BID North Hopewell Township – Spruce Road Partial Abandonment Project Sealed bids to install stormwater drainage structures and construct a cul-de-sac turnaround with an Alternate Bid to remove approximately 700 L.F. of Spruce Road gravel cartway for North Hopewell Township will be received by the North Hopewell Township Board of Supervisors, York County, Pennsylvania, at the Municipal Building office located at 13081 High Point Road, Felton, PA 17322 until 9:00 am, Monday (prevailing time), May 4th, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Township office at 9:00 am (prevailing time), same date.
