The Applicant seeks a Variance as the addition is within the side yard setback at 5.1 – 5.2 ft., where 10 ft. is required (26 ft. existing). The property is located at 115 Richard Rd., zoned Residence B as shown on Assessors Plan 1087 Lot 91 with a total lot area of 12,500 sq. ft.
