Defendants, Any Other Persons or Entities Claiming Any Right, Title, or Interest in the Real Property located at 2503 Willow Park Rd., Columbus, OH 43219, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215 for a declaratory judgment and to quiet title to the property located at 2503 Willow Park Rd, Columbus, OH 43219. Plaintiff is seeking a judgment to declare Plaintiff to be the lawful owner of said property, order defendants to execute and record any necessary releases or reconveyances, issue temporary and permanent injunctive relief, an award of attorney fees, costs, interest, and for any other equitable relief. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
