NOTICE OF ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION
FOR SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
LIEBHERR LHM 550 MOBILE HARBOR CRANE
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is currently accepting bids for the SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY LIEBHERR LHM 550 MOBILE HARBOR CRANE AND ACCESSORIES. The auction will be held pursuant to the Local Government Code 263.152. Interested Bidders must be registered on the PCCA’s procurement website to obtain the complete auction package (https://pocca.procureware.com/home).
The inspection (attendance is strongly encouraged) will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 1:00 PM CST to 5:00 PM CST at PCCA Cargo Dock 8, 802 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas. PCCA employees escorting potential buyers are not authorized to answer any questions pertaining to equipment being offered for auction.
Removal shall take place between the hours of 9:00 AM CST and 3:00 PM CST on Friday, May 29, 2026. The buyer is responsible for all aspects of the removal of the purchased items, including loading and transportation from PCCA property. Buyers must produce proof of purchase and payment in order for PCCA to release the item. Equipment will not be released without proper authorization documentation. After June 1, 2026, the property ownership will revert back to the PCCA, and payment thereof will be kept by the PCCA.
One (1) original signed bid package must be received in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for Sale of Surplus Property Liebherr LHM 550 Mobile Harbor Crane – Bid Opening at 3:00 P.M. CST on Tuesday, May 12, 2026” and must be addressed to Port of Corpus Christi Authority, 400 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, Attention: Melinda Licon, Procurement Services Manager. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud virtually at the time bids are due. Login information will be published prior to the opening date/time. Bids may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. Bids submitted by express mail service must be in a sealed envelope inside the express mail packaging. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received.
The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All sales will be made to the highest bidder and shall be final. All items are sold in an “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty. Buyer understands that additional damage may have been made to the item since the posting of the information on the auction webpage.
