NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at or about 1:30 P.M., the following real property will be sold and this statutory foreclosure sale will be held at the North door, outside the Crawford County Courthouse, 300 Main Street, Van Buren, Arkansas, to the highest bidder for cash:
Tract 3 of Ross Acres - Tracts 1, 2, & 3, being part of the Northwest Quarter Northwest Quarter Section 11, Township 8 North, Range 31 West, Crawford County, Arkansas, as reflected on Plat dated June 25, 2002, and filed August 26, 2002, as Plat 2002-23.
More Commonly Known As: 3105 Catcher Road, Van Buren, Arkansas 72956.
On April 22, 2024, Chris Peterson executed a security instrument in favor of Generations Bank, which was recorded on April 24, 2024, as Document No. 2024003559 in the real estate records of Crawford County, Arkansas.
The default for which foreclosure is made is due to the failure of payment per the terms of the note and security instrument and is now wholly due. Mortgagee is exercising its power of sale under Ark. Code Ann. Section 18-50-115 and as such has directed Gentry C. Wahlmeier of Wahlmeier Law Firm, P.A., as its Attorney-in-Fact or Trustee, to sell the property to satisfy said indebtedness.
