NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Visalia Unified School District will receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Department, located at 5000 W. Cypress Avenue, Visalia, CA 93277, until 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 8, 2026, for Bid #5071 – Cafeteria Paper Products for the 2026–2027 school year.
Bid forms and specifications are available for review and download on the District’s website at:

Sealed bids must be delivered to the Purchasing Department at the address listed above by the specified deadline. The bid name and number must be clearly identified on the outside of the envelope. All bids received will be reviewed by the Nutritional Services Director for recommendation of award.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to be the sole judge of suitability of proposals and to waive any informality in bids received.
