NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Plover Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Plover Municipal Center Board Room, 2400 Post Road, Plover, WI 54467, to consider the following request: Rezoning Request – Eric and Emily Krug. The applicant is requesting approval to rezone the subject property from the Standard Single-Family Residential District (R-2) to the Compact Single-Family Residential District (R-3) to allow for a proposed land division creating two single-family residential lots. One of the proposed lots is ±13,018 square feet in size, which is below the minimum lot size requirement in the R-2 zoning district. The requested rezoning to R-3 would accommodate the proposed lot size and construction of single-family homes on both lots. The subject property consists of 1.37 acres located at 1717 Rose Court. Legally described as Lot 2, Certified Survey Map No. 1770-6-228, located in part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 15, Town 23 north, Range 8 east, Village of Plover, PIN: 173230815-13.06.
