PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Rezoning Request Village of Plover NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Plover Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the Plover Municipal Center Board Room, 2400 Post Road, Plover, WI 54467, to consider the following request: Rezoning Request – Eric and Emily Krug. The applicant is requesting approval to rezone the subject property from the Standard Single-Family Residential District (R-2) to the Compact Single-Family Residential District (R-3) to allow for a proposed land division creating two single-family residential lots. One of the proposed lots is ±13,018 square feet in size, which is below the minimum lot size requirement in the R-2 zoning district.
