LEGAL NOTICE   Perry Township Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Perry Township, Stark County, Ohio, passed on the 27th day of January, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on the 5th day of May, 2026, the following: “An additional tax for the benefit of Perry Township for the purpose of the general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,686,746 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2.9 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $102 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.” The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. Canton time, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
