The Hazlehurst Housing Authority located in Hazlehurst, MS is seeking an experienced housing professional to serve as its Executive Director. This position to be filled is for full-time employment, based on experience, qualifications and motivation of applicant to complete job requirements. The Executive Director will oversee administration of 122 Public Housing units (apartments). The candidate should have management experience in affordable housing and a strong understanding of Public Housing finance, human resources, and Public Housing administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Authority’s operations. A minimum of an Associate’s degree or work-related experience is required. Salary for this position is $70,000. Benefits include PERS retirement, health care, PTO leave and paid holidays.
