NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Oshkosh Plan Commission
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been called and will be held before the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission in Room 406 at the Oshkosh City Hall on May 5, 2026 at 4:00 pm to consider the following proposed amendments to the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance which was adopted by the Oshkosh Common Council on the 13th day of December, 2016.
The City of Oshkosh, applicant, requests approval of zone changes from Single Family Residential-5 District (SR-5) to Multi-Family Residential-36 (MR-36) for properties located at 2565 Witzel Avenue, 22 Maryden Road, and 38 Maryden Road. They also request approval of a zone change from Duplex Residential-6 District (DR-6) to Multi-Family Residential-36 (MR-36) for the property located at 2628 Witzel Avenue.
Fox Arneson Construction, applicant, and Woshkosh LLC, owner, request approval of zone changes from Suburban Mixed Use District (SMU) to Suburban Mixed Use with Planned Development Overlay (SMU-PD) for the properties located at 3015 and 3025 South Washburn Street.
National Management LLC, applicant, and AG Properties LLC, owner, request approval of zone changes from Duplex Residential-6 District (DR-6) to Multi-Family Residential-20 (MR-20) for four properties located on the south side of the 100 block of Cherry Park Court, parcels 91416761000, 91416761100, 91416761200, and 91416761300.
