Please take notice that a public hearing will be held at the Plan Commission Meeting at the RED RIVER TOWN HALL on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7:15 PM for the following:
Request by Mr. Tristin Wayne Thiry to rezone part of Parcel 31 018 23.061 located at N8403 Lacroix Road from A-1 Prime Agriculture to LE Large Estates Residential so that it can added to Parcel 31 018 23.062 to allow for the construction of a 40' x 80' accessory structure on Parcel 031 018 23.062 located at N8403 Lacroix Road, more fully described as follows:
Part of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, Section 23, Township 25 North, Range 23 East, Town of Red River, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows.
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 23, T25N-R23E; thence S00°32'28"E along the Section line, 1326.93 feet to Southwest corner of said NW1/4-NW1/4; thence N88°04'39"E, 1319.10 feet to the Southeast corner of said NW1/4-NW1/4; thence N00°29'47"W along the 1/16 line, 355.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N88°04'39"W, 146.00 feet; thence S00°29'47"E, 33.00 feet; thence S88°04'39"W, 61.00 feet; thence N00°29'47"W, 39.00 feet; thence N88°04'39"E, 207.00 feet to said 1/16 line; thence S00°29'47"E, 6.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 3,254 square feet / 0.07 acres.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board and/or Plan Commission may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject in which they may have future decision-making responsibilities. All interested parties are invited to attend.
