This amendment is amending Section 3.2 to define Data Center and Sections 5.3 7, 6.3 2, 9.2, 11.8 1.b, 11.8 2.b, 11.8 2.k, 11.8 3.k, 11.8 3.n, 11.8 3.o and 11.8 5.j. to exclude Data Centers. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the Town Board's monthly business meeting, which will immediately follow the public hearing, the Town Board intends to take final action on the matter.
