vs.
KISHLAY ANAND, et. al., Defendant(s)
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION issued out of and under the Seal of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 3rd day of March, 2026, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above-entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of April, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Judgment Debtor, Daan Investment Services, LLLP, as follows:
AMOUNT (PRINCIPAL, FEES, COSTS) -- $10,632,562.00; POST-JUDGMENT INTEREST -- $9.5% per year; INTEREST ACCRUED (01/31/2026) -- $1,621,684.18; SET-OFFS (PAYMENTS, CREDITS, ETC.) -- $0; TOTAL DUE (01/31/2026) -- $12,254,246.18.
AND WHEREAS, the judgment roll in the action in which said judgment was entered is filed in the Clerk's office of said Court, in the said County of Maricopa and the said judgment was docketed in said Clerk's office in the said County, on the day and year first above written.
And the sum of $12,254,246.18 with interest as aforesaid is now actually due on said judgment and
WHEREAS, I am required to make the sum due on the said judgment, with interest and costs and accruing costs, to satisfy said judgment out of the personal property of said debtor, or if sufficient personal property of said debtor cannot be found, then out of the real property in this County belonging to debtor on the day whereon said judgment was docketed in said County, or at any time thereafter, I did, on the 24th day of March, 2026, levy upon all the right, title, claim and interest of the said debtor, in, of and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Unit 400, Building 4 Of ODYSSEY PROFESSIONAL CENTER, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Document No. 2003-0146843 and First Amendment recorded in Document No. 2003-1394454 and Second Amendment recorded in Document No. 2003-1426724 and Third Amendment recorded in Document No. 2004-720038 and Fourth Amendment recorded in Document No. 2004-900477 and Fifth Amendment recorded in Document No. 09-238001 and as shown on the plat recorded in Book 614 of Maps, page 21 and Amended in Book 662 of Maps, page 5, records of Maricopa County, Arizona.

NOTICE TO JUDGMENT DEBTOR
Title 33, chapter 8, article 1 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, may permit you to protect your residence from certain types of legal process through the homestead exemption.

NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I will, on the 7th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described real property.
