NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Cherry Ridge Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Conditional Use Hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026;, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Cherry Ridge Township Municipal Building. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Application submitted by Wayne County YMCA, Applicant and Owner, seeking approval to construct and operate a private recreational facility (YMCA) in the Rural Development (RD) Zoning District. The proposed project consists of the construction of an approximately 38,625 square foot, two-story building, together with associated site improvements including parking areas, access drives, and related facilities, to be located on property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 05-0-009-0004, containing approximately 20 acres, and located on Spinner Road approximately 1,000 feet south of State Route 191, Cherry Ridge Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary. All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the procedures established by the Board.
