Hall, deceased, formerly of parts unknown, or their heirs, devisees, assigns, and legal representatives, and to all whom it may concern:
Whereas, a complaint has been presented to said Court by Gary Langley and Nancy Langley, of Berkley, County of Bristol, and said Commonwealth, to confirm their title in the following described land:
A certain parcel of land with the buildings thereon, situate in said Berkley, bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHEASTERLY by the line of Old Berkley Street one hundred fifteen and 88/100 (115.88) feet,
SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of Kevin M. Kubik, three hundred nineteen and 64/100 (319.64) feet,
SOUTHEASTERLY still by land now or formerly of Kevin M. Kubik and partially by land now or formerly of Ernest R. and Elaine F. LeBlanc, two hundred nine and 37/100 (209.37) feet,
SOUTHERLY by land now or formerly of Vivian J. Carlos, Trustee of the Simcar Trust, three hundred sixty-six and 70/100 (366.70) feet,

Plaintiff admits the above described land is subject to:
a) The natural flow of two creeks, as shown on said plan,
b) The existing wet area, as shown on said plan, all on or crossing locus.
c) An Easement to Shell Oil Company
d) An Easement to Algonquin Gas Transmissions, LLC
e) An Easement to New England Power Company
The above-described land is shown on a plan filed with said complaint and all boundary lines are claimed to be located on the ground as shown on said plan.
If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at 3 Pemberton Square, Room 507, Boston, MA 02108), or in the office of the Assistant Recorder of said Court at the Northern Bristol County Registry of Deeds (at 11 Court Street, Taunton, MA 02780), in the County of Bristol, where a copy of the plan filed with said complaint is deposited, on or before the first day of June, next.
Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed, and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon.
