BOX 2261 JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI 39225-2261 601-961-5171   The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) has established a public comment period for the Draft FY 2026 Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF) Intended Use Plan (IUP). The public comment period on this document extends from the date of this announcement through May 20, 2026. Written comments will be accepted on this document through May 20, 2026, and should be addressed to the attention of Greg Eiler at the above address.   MDEQ will also hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room in the offices of MDEQ located at 515 E.
