EVALUATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING
April 30, 2026 beginning at 8:30 AM, City Hall, 401 Clematis Street, Fifth Floor, Room 519, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. The evaluation and selection committee will meet to evaluate and rank the proposers. This is a public meeting. The general public and proposers can watch and observe but cannot comment or actively participate in any portion of the meeting. Please direct questions to the West Palm Beach Procurement Division, Sharon Sepulveda, Procurement@wpb.org, Tel: 561.494.1056, TTY: 1.800.955.8771. IMPORTANT: Contact by a Proposer (or anyone representing a Proposer) regarding this RFP with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, City employee, other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Division, is grounds for disqualification.
