PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TOWN OF SPRING LAKE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Spring Lake will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Spring Lake Town Hall, 300 Ruth Street, Spring Lake, NC. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment and consider adoption of the System Development Fee Analysis prepared in accordance with Article 8 of Chapter 162A of the North Carolina General Statutes, relating to system development fees for the Town's water and/or sewer systems. The System Development Fee Analysis has been available for public review and comment for the required statutory period. Copies of the analysis may be reviewed on the Town's website at www.townofspringlake.com and at Town Hall during normal business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
