PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That an application has been made to this Board by 55 Elm Developers LLC c/o Alexander Development Group pursuant to Chapter 267 of the Zoning Ordinance, for approval.
The approval sought by the applicant is for the following:
Extension of time application for existing site plan approval for the development of mixed use building (multifamily over commercial)
The property where this proposed construction would take place is known as 140, 146, 152 E. Prospect Street situated on the south side of East Prospect Avenue a distance of +/-0 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of East Prospect Avenue and Portugal Place being designated in the Tax Assessment Map of the City of Mount Vernon as 165.63-1141-9; 10; 11 respectively. The premises are presently in the TOD-1 Zoning District.
This application, Case No. PB-26-7 has been scheduled for a pubic hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Mount Vernon, New York at which public hearing you may appear in person or by your authorized representative.
All papers and documents on file related to this matter may be reviewed at the office of Department of Planning and Community Development or at the office of the City Clerk, located at City Hall, Mount Vernon, New York.
