Massey 2026 Irrevocable Trust, Dallas, Texas, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve for permission to acquire voting shares of Spend Life Wisely Company, Inc., Durant, Oklahoma (the "Company") and to join the Massey Family Group, a group acting in concert, that controls 25% or more of the Company. The Company controls First United Bank and Trust Company, Durant, Oklahoma. Gregory L. Massey has previously been permitted by the Federal Reserve System to acquire control of voting shares of the Company and is a member of the Massey Family Group. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding on whether to approve the Notice.
